Reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation.
Rates, taxes, fees, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, and other booking conditions will be shown during the reservation process or provided in your confirmation. Those stay-specific terms form part of your agreement with Bandon Inn.

Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

Bandon Inn may use a third-party booking platform to display availability, process reservations, or collect payment.

When you use that platform, its terms and privacy policy may also apply. Bandon Inn is not responsible for technical interruptions or errors caused by a third-party platform, but we will be glad to assist with reservation questions.

Room rates and availability may change based on travel dates, room type, season, promotions, and demand.

A displayed rate does not guarantee a reservation until the booking has been completed and confirmed. Taxes and additional charges will be disclosed during the reservation process where applicable.

Errors in pricing, availability, or room descriptions may be corrected when discovered. If an error affects a confirmed reservation, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

AAA discounts may be available and must be arranged directly with the inn.

A group booking consists of six or more rooms reserved at one time and may qualify for a discounted rate. Group reservations must be arranged by calling Bandon Inn directly.

Discounts are subject to availability, eligibility, dates, and any conditions provided at the time of booking.

All guest rooms are non-smoking.

Pet-friendly and ADA-accessible rooms are available in limited numbers. Guests should call before booking when a pet-friendly room, accessible room, specific room location, or particular feature is required.

Additional policies relating to check-in, check-out, cancellations, no-shows, pets, property damage, guest conduct, and room occupancy may appear during booking or in the reservation confirmation. Those policies apply to the stay.

Requests for a particular building, floor, view, room location, or feature are welcome but cannot be guaranteed. Bandon Inn does not have elevators, and access varies by building and floor.

Please call before booking when stairs, mobility, or accessibility may affect your room choice.

Transportation may be available through independent third-party providers and generally must be arranged in advance.

Bandon Inn does not operate or control third-party transportation services. Availability, rates, schedules, safety, and service terms are determined by the provider.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Room details, rates, services, attractions, events, transportation options, and other information may change.

Photographs are provided to represent the property and guest experience. Individual rooms, views, furnishings, and conditions may vary.

Information about local businesses, events, attractions, golf courses, beaches, or other third parties is provided for general planning purposes. Guests should confirm current hours, availability, rules, and conditions directly with the relevant provider.

The website and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, and other content are owned by or licensed to Bandon Inn and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print website content for personal trip-planning purposes. No other reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Bandon Inn does not control or endorse all content, policies, products, or services offered through those websites.

Use of a third-party website is at your own discretion and subject to that provider’s terms.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
